About Moissanite

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its exceptional fire and brilliance. It has more sparkle than almost any natural gem, with clarity that rivals diamonds — but it's ethically created and a fraction of the price.

No. Moissanite is a completely different gemstone. It's not a diamond, a diamond simulant sold as diamond, or cubic zirconia. It's its own stone — valued for its own brilliance, durability, and ethical origins.
Yes — visually, moissanite has diamond-like sparkle and clarity, often with even more fire (the rainbow flashes). Most people can't tell them apart at a glance, but we're always honest that it's moissanite, not diamond.
Very. Moissanite is extremely hard and tough, making it well suited to everyday wear in necklaces, rings, and earrings.
No. Moissanite doesn't cloud or fade. A gentle clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush keeps it brilliant.

Materials & Metals

All Fentles pieces are made with 925 sterling silver — a genuine precious metal, not plated base metal.
Our gold-colour pieces are gold plated — a layer of gold over 925 sterling silver. They give the look of gold at a fraction of the price, but they are not solid gold. We're always upfront about this so you know exactly what you're buying.
With normal, careful wear, gold plating lasts well — but it is a surface finish and can wear over time, especially with frequent contact with water, perfume, or lotions. To prolong it: remove before swimming, showering, or exercising, and store separately.
925 sterling silver is generally well tolerated. If you have a known metal allergy, please check with us before ordering and we'll tell you exactly what's in a piece.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business days, and delivery takes about 2–3 days depending on your location.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Bonus: we offer free shipping on all UK orders.
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Support

Oh no — we're so sorry! Just contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned. Other items may be eligible for exchange within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Message us and we'll guide you.
